Cindy has worked in the Human Resource field since 1994 in a generalist role.  Since
relocating to Delaware from Miami five years ago, she has focused on QA Edge’s
benefit package and recruiting.  She has received several recognition awards for
her work in benefit enrollments and recruiting efforts.

Cindy is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

In July 2002, she completed the SHRM HR Generalist Certificate Program.

In January, 2004, Cindy joined the QA Edge team. Her current role encompasses
the administration of benefits, assisting with recruiting and maintaining all aspects
relating to Human Resource practices, and ensuring compliance with HR policies
and applicable laws.

Cindy enjoys spending free time with her family, antique collecting and decorating.
